    Good GRIEF! Obsession noted lefties…

  2. Tyler Says:

You have to be kidding me. Truthful? Factual? Have they ever reached out to Sarah for information about her character or life? LOL We are suppose to believe some guy who wrote a book? LMAO

  3. Justin Says:

I love Julianne Moore. I think she’s too gorgeous and warm to play Sarah Palin, a true villain who is ice cold. Read the book by Joe McGinniss, Palin is a complete fraud.

  4. Charlie Says:

The campaign was doomed from the start… I think people really was sick of the Bush years and wanted changed (= pick a democrat and who bears the tagline of “change”)

Oh, also, HBO… I really want you to do a Ron Paul film! :)

  5. Byron Says:

@hotram1 Well what I typed was the truth, so it must hurt for you. Sorry.

  6. Jimmy Says:

@stateofdaniel I read Game Change and watched extensive interviews with Schmidt and with Palin. She trashed the campaign staffers, but she has lied so often on numerous topics it’s impossible to keep track. Steve Schmidt has been consistent, multiple sources confirm his version, he’s not trying to “have it both ways” you simply aren’t grasping the fact that Palin was a blessing and a curse. She energized the right wing base at first, everyone else was turned off by her. The truth hurts.

  7. Darryl Says:

@hotram1 Tina Fey’s impression of Sarah Palin did more to tarnish her image that any of Palin’s “gaffes.” Watch “Media Malpractice.” You can watch the first 30-40 minutes for free on youtube if you search for it.

  8. Leo Says:

@hotram1 Yet that same question was never asked of Obama even though he’s never held an executive position until he was president! Then the Katie Couric interview…which was filmed in the course of 3 days…and only 4 minutes of that are really that painful to watch. Plus, there’s a documentary (Media Malpractice) that easily debunks the Couric interview, proving how it could have been spliced. In fact, the interview wasn’t even that damning!

  9. Ronnie Says:

@hotram1 Second, Palin was targeted by the mainstream media. You cannot deny that the media was in the tank for Obama. So when Palin was THE reason McCain rose in the polls, of course they had to attack her. Palin only had one interview that was disappointing. She had the Charlie Gibson interview, which was way overblown. Did you even watch the whole thing? He’s very hostile towards her when he’s usually an amiable guy. His first question was “Are you qualified?”

  10. Melvin Says:

@hotram1 You’re research is incorrect or incomplete. He donated twice. You’re $28,500 is correct, but he also donated a second time. Yes, it’s less than $340,000 combined. However, take a look at who else he’s donated to. His donations total $340,000 to the democratic party, not to mention all the other donations from others who worked on the film, so don’t you dare tell me that they didn’t have an agenda and intended to cover it fairly.

  11. Ruben Says:

@stateofdaniel In 2008 Tom hanks largest and only donation to the Obama primary election fund was $28,500. It’s listed in the federal campaign contributions report, so your information is incorrect. The report lists every political donation starting from 1994 to the present. Steve Schmidt was correct, initially Palin energized the base and they briefly rose in the pols. Then Palin started doing interviews, her incompetence became apparent. and it was all down hill, she cost him the election.

  12. NathanKennedy Says:

The truth about Sarah is not pretty. Sarah remains the biggest phony in the world.

  13. Russell Says:

@hotram1 Palin the most. Not only will you find many of his statements to be contradictory (because they are false), but you will then understand how he personally threw Palin under the bus to cover his own bottom. For instance, you can easily verify this on google, Schmidt once said that McCain lost because of Palin….BUT…he also said that they only did that well because of Palin. Hahahahaha. Well which way is it, Mr. Schmidt?! You can’t have it both ways!

  14. Brandon Says:

@hotram1 LOL. Sounds like you didn’t do your research then. I hate YouTube comments cause they have a character limit and they don’t let you link to sources… So I’ll leave several comments with facts that you can google to verify that what I tell you is truth. First, you claim it’s less than $75,000? LOL. You should research the film’s producer, Tom Hanks, who donated a staggering $340,000. Then research the name Steve Schmidt…who is featured in the film and who trashed

  15. Jose Says:

@stateofdaniel I researched “on all of the staff for the film” as to answer your question, “Who’d they donate millions to in 2008?” And the correct answer was NO ONE! They didn’t donate millions to Obama, forget about millions, plural, altogether they contributed less than $75,000. The campaign staffers told the truth about working with Sarah Palin. Just because you don’t like the fact that the story is unflattering, that doesn’t make it a hit piece or unfair or inaccurate. Palin is a nut job!

  16. TheodoreFernandez Says:

@Remus0387 It’s nothing but a hit piece on Palin. Do research on all the staff for the film. Who’d they donate millions to in 2008? Yeah, that’s right: Obama. For some reason I doubt it truly is “fair.” …Not to mention it’s based on 40 pages of a book by two guys who weren’t even ON the campaign trail. They wrote the book based on interviews off campaign staffers who were trying to cover their tails.

  17. Timothy Says:

@LightsCameraAaron Oh Gosh, yes!I’m already in love with her portrait of Sarah Palin, and I’ve only seen two trailers.Ah,the things that woman is able to do.

  21. Dean Says:

oh my God Julianne never stop talking please jmabhsabhj.I can’t seriously wait for this film.

  22. Bradley Says:

I don’t know why people will be complaining, the film by all accounts and what it looks like is a fair, even handed look at the McCain/Palin campaign and how they rose and fell in 2008. The performances look stellar all round, it will definitely be a compelling watch.
